Position Includes:
This position is responsible for generating new corporate housing business from business to business relationships by utilizing proprietary marketing tools combined with a candidates refined sales technique. An exciting and fast paced office environment makes this a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional in an ever changing and exciting industry. With a nationwide sales territory, there are virtually no limits to the success one can achieve with our uniquely positioned company.


Position Requires:
Candidate must utilize their sales experience to generate new business through marketing and sales efforts while strengthening existing customers' relationships. Must be team oriented, assertive, have excellent communication, multitasking, & organization skills and persuasive attitude. Position requires moderate to advanced computer, Internet and organizational skills and knowledge of database or customer relationship software is a plus. People skills a must, applicant must be multifaceted with a positive mental attitude and high energy level. Must meet the following requirements:
Must have the ability to generate new B2B sales from different targeted industries. Must also have experience with RFP's, RFI's, group proposals and multiple sales contracts or agreements.

Preferred Experience:
Experience as an inside sales professional in a high call volume environment. A proven track record of upward movement within a sales organization with 5+ years B2B sales experience. College degree.

The Client Account Manager / Customer Service position is now available with our company in our West Houston Office. In this position, you will control the account management of new and existing clients housing inventories and work to refine the systems and procedures to prevent potential problems in addition to troubleshooting and assisting with customer requests. You will use your creative problem solving and negotiation skills in order to maintain positive working relationships with our existing client base and residents. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Position Requires:

The Front Desk / Receptionist position is now available with our company in our West Houston Office. In this position, you will manage our incoming phone system and help route calls to the appropriate parties while handling some customer service tasks . You will use your outgoing personality and problem solving ability to run the front desk and help to set the pace for this office. You will strive to maintain positive working relationships with our existing client base, residents and employees. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
