This inside sales position is responsible for creating new corporate housing leases from provided sales leads while interacting with and building relationships with the company's existing client base. Position Requires:

Position Includes:
The Account Manager / Customer Service position is now available with our company in our West Houston Office. In this position, you will control the account management of new and existing clients housing inventories and work to refine the systems and procedures to prevent potential problems in addition to troubleshooting and resolving customer issues/requests. You will use your creative problem solving and negotiation skills in order to maintain positive working relationships with our existing client base and residents. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Position Requires:
* Must take on the attitude of "A problem is a failure that MUST be prevented in the future" and develop and refine procedures to accomplish that goal * Maintain the operational processes for reducing customer service issues * Process incoming customer service calls/ emails * Must be a team player able to interact with every employee throughout the organization * Must be able to multi task while providing excellent service to all customers * Work independently * Must have a whatever-it-takes attitude and be goal oriented! * Respond to inquiries in a friendly and informative manner.
Experience:
