Scope: While helping countless other clients, Preferred Corporate Housing was asked to rescue one of the nations largest energy production companies from Hurricane Katrina by setting up 325 furnished apartments for an immediate need, hours after the hurricane devastated their offices in New Orleans. PCH worked around the clock to deliver furniture, housewares and utilities to company employees and their families as they arrived at 21 different apartment communities and several single family houses in Houston and 4 surrounding cities. Client Profile: Oil and Gas Training Center

Scope: Setup and maintained 38 three-bedroom apartments for training center, lodging a total of 110 residents at a time. During the span of the contract, PCH managed 3,990 total occupants, each staying on a 4-6 week rotation. Weekly maid service and specialized new-resident orientation was provided.

Scope: Provided off-base housing for active military personnel. Successfully managed numerous housing changes due to required change of travel orders for multiple residents, including managing the early termination of leases for some residents and transferring between apartments as needed for multiple residents throughout the term of the stay. Also provided lodging that met strict security requirements including low visibility from public streets into parking areas within the private apartment community.
