27 years of service with PCH Samantha launched PCH with Jon Lanclos in 1996 and brought a background in business management and marketing. She holds a CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC), and a CCHP (Certified Corporate Housing Professional) designation through the Corporate Housing Providers Association, where she has served as Executive Board President and numerous other leadership positions. Samantha's role with PCH includes overseeing and supervising Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, Sales and Finance departments, supervising employee day to day operational activities including performance metrics and implementing Quality Assurance and Control Programs.
Jon launched PCH in December 1996 with Samantha Elliott. Jon has been a successful Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1992 and specializes in corporate relocation and residential housing and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Jon holds a CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist Certification (RSPS), and a CCHP (Certified Corporate Housing Professional) designation through the Corporate Housing Providers Association. Jon also has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Jon's acts as the lead Webmaster and software developer for PCH's proprietary corporate housing software platform and online web interfaces. He also oversees all advertising, marketing and IT department initiatives, logistical support for large group moves and government contracts including FAR regulation adherence.
Megan is a 23 -year veteran with PCH and has served in every department during her tenure. She is the Director of Operations, and leads all Accounting, Human Resources and Office Managemen initiativest. Megan has a BS in Business from the University of St. Thomas. Megan's day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Legal, Field Service and Employee Benefits Departments. Megan earned her CCHP designation from the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) in 2012.
As the Director of Client Services for Preferred Corporate Housing, Michelle oversees all day-to-day tasks relating to sales, new client development, existing client retention, onboarding and industry training initiatives. Michelle is a two-time Chair of Worldwide ERC's YP40 Committee, is a regular contributor for Mobility Magazine, was a 2018 recipient of WERC's Meritorious Service Award, and was honored as the CHPA "Individual of the Year" in 2019.
