National Account Executive (Inside Sales)

POSITION INCLUDES:
This inside sales position offers a sales dream opportunity with no cold calling, extensive CRM software support, an unlimited territory, primarily B2B and B2G sales prospects, no required travel, and the potential to earn a six-figure income. Preferred Corporate Housing Account Executives assist clients in securing furnished accommodations in over 40,000 cities nationwide while also maintaining and expanding our existing client relationships. Successful Account Executives are highly motivated, energetic, and customer service-oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills.


POSITION REQUIRES:
Candidates must establish a robust customer base while strengthening relationships with existing customers. They must be team-oriented, assertive, possess excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, as well as a persuasive attitude. This position necessitates moderate to advanced computer and internet skills, along with proficiency in database or customer relationship software (knowledge of such software is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills are essential, and applicants must exhibit versatility, a positive mental attitude, and a high energy level. This position serves as the first step toward a rewarding career in the dynamic and exciting corporate housing industry.


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE::
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience as an inside sales professional, with a track record of successfully building a book of business for their employer. A college degree or higher education is required, and candidates with previous experience in the travel, relocation, or real estate industries are particularly desirable.

Position Includes:
The Account Manager / Customer Service position is now available with our company in our West Houston Office. In this role, you will oversee the account management of new and existing clients' housing inventories, working to refine systems and procedures to prevent potential problems and assisting with troubleshooting and customer requests. You will apply your creative problem-solving and negotiation skills to maintain positive working relationships with our existing client base and residents, ultimately ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Position Requires:

  • Adopt the attitude that "A problem is a failure that MUST be prevented in the future" and develop and refine procedures to achieve that goal.
  • Maintain operational processes to reduce customer service issues.
  • Handle incoming customer service calls/emails.
  • Be a team player capable of interacting with every employee throughout the organization.
  • Multitask while providing excellent service to all customers.
  • Work independently.
  • Possess a "whatever-it-takes" attitude and be goal-oriented.
  • Respond to inquiries in a friendly and informative manner.


Experience:
