This inside sales position is a sales dream position with no cold calling, intense CRM software support, unlimited territory, mostly B2B and B2G sales opportunities, no travel and six figure earning potential. Preferred Corporate Housing Account Executives help clients secure furnished accommodations in over 40,000 cities nationwide while maintaining and expanding our existing client relationships. Successful Account Executives are highly motivated, energetic and customer service oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills.
Position Requires:
Candidate must establish a strong customer base while strengthening existing customers' relationships. Must be team oriented, assertive, have excellent communication, multitasking, & organization skills and persuasive attitude. Position requires moderate to advanced computer, Internet and organizational skills and knowledge of database or customer relationship software is a plus. People skills a must, applicant must be multifaceted with a positive mental attitude and high energy level. Preferred Experience:
Candidate must have 3-5 years experience as an inside sales professional with success in building a book of business for their employer. College degree or higher experience required. A candidate with previous travel, relocation or real estate industry experience is an added bonus.

Position Includes:
The Account Manager / Customer Service position is now available with our company in our West Houston Office. In this position, you will control the account management of new and existing clients housing inventories and work to refine the systems and procedures to prevent potential problems in addition to troubleshooting and assisting with customer requests. You will use your creative problem solving and negotiation skills in order to maintain positive working relationships with our existing client base and residents. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Position Requires:
* Must take on the attitude of "A problem is a failure that MUST be prevented in the future" and develop and refine procedures to accomplish that goal * Maintain the operational processes for reducing customer service issues * Process incoming customer service calls/ emails * Must be a team player able to interact with every employee throughout the organization * Must be able to multi task while providing excellent service to all customers * Work independently * Must have a whatever-it-takes attitude and be goal oriented! * Respond to inquiries in a friendly and informative manner.
Experience:
